What is required to reserve a chocolate fountain?
Choco Heaven requires a £50.00, non refundable deposit to hold the date of your scheduled event.

How long can I have the chocolate fountain at my event?
Our standard rental includes 3 hours however you can hire it for longer; the machine will keep going as long as it has chocolate in it.

Who is responsible for setting up, operating and cleaning up the chocolate fountain?
Choco Heaven staff will take care of everything from start to finish.

Where would we use the chocolate fountain?
The Chocolate fountain is fantastic for corporate functions, is incredibly popular for weddings, birthdays, product launches, shop/business openings, film premieres and promotions.

Can the chocolate fountain be used outside?
You can use the fountain outside and we recommend that we supply the fountain with a wind guard

How is the chocolate fountain presented?
Choco heaven presents its stainless steel fountain complete with an illuminated, tiered Perspex surround, which looks fantastic when lit up. It makes the fountain an elegant centre piece.

Do you provide an operator?
We believe that it is very important to have an operator with every rental. If not it can get very messy and become unattractive and uninviting. So we insist you have an operator at every rental.

Can I burn myself on the machine?
No, The chocolate fountains has safety features to stop this happening.

Is it safe for children?
100% safe. Children love it!!!

What type of chocolate is used?
We only use the finest quality Belgium chocolate which comes in milk, dark, Creamy white and pink*

How far do you travel?
We are based in Aberdeen and predominantly cover the Grampian. We will travel further afield throughout Scotland (Upon request for larger parties. There may be additional charges for functions, which require extra travel)
